Why Should I Use These Lessons and Activities?
As our school settings and needs change with the times, NIDA has compiled activities and resources to help you share the facts about drugs and alcohol with teens.
These activities inspire learning and empower teens with the information they need to make informed decisions about drug use and their health.
This toolkit can be used in a variety of settings, including at home, during distance learning, and in blended and in-person middle school and high school classrooms.
How To Use These Materials
Educators, parents, and caregivers can use these activities and resources as part of scheduled health and science lessons, or to start a conversation with teens about addiction, mental health, preventing drug use, and more. You can use each activity on its own or together with other ones.
If you have any questions or would like to share your experience with using any of the following resources, we encourage you to contact us.
